Overview:
This 8-hour course will introduce statistical concepts for business and industry (B&I), enabling students to determine if a process is in control and capable of producing or delivering an acceptable product or output.
This course includes in-class exercises to reinforce quality principles and provides an opportunity for students to gain “hands-on” experience by applying and interpreting basic SPC tools for B&I applications.

Training for Credit:
